Delete your account

Delete it yourself

• Sign in to your account, in the app or on the website.
• Open the Account page (the Account tab in the app).
• Under Security, choose Delete account.
• Enter your password and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Write to contact@oddvise.com from the email address of the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it and tell you when it is done, without undue delay and within one month.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and password.
• Your handle and your takes in the match rooms, your votes, your forecasts and your followed bets.
• Your sessions, your preferences, the devices that receive notifications and the record of emails and notifications we sent you.

What is kept

• Server logs, only for as long as security and troubleshooting need them.
• The tips and results Oddvise has published. They are our own record, not your data, and stay public.
